Closure of Harry Edward Law Limited

As you are aware, Harry Edward sadly passed away late last year. Sue Edward wanted the commercial and conveyancing clients of the firm to have the ongoing support of a locally owned firm to take over their legal work as required. Alex Edward (pictured) who had processed the majority of those transactions through the firm in recent times will continue to assist those clients going forward.

To that end, the commercial and conveyancing side of the business has been sold to the Rotorua-owned law firm of O’Sullivan Clemens. O’Sullivan Clemens is a long-standing firm within the Rotorua district and provided the best fit for those existing clients. Accordingly, O’Sullivan Clemens will retain all the client documentation and current files effective immediately, and will be available to attend to those current files, and any future requirements you may have.

Alex Edward will continue to be available along with the O’Sullivan Clemens team at their Arawa Street office to answer any of your ongoing questions, queries and legal work required just as they have been carried out in the past.
